JOYRENT Car Rental at Venice Airport

Joyrent at Venice Airport has its office a short distance from the airport compound, at Via Triestina 94, 30173 Venezia VE. The 'Parking Go' shuttle takes customers with a reservation to and from the terminal. The Joyrent Venice Airport office is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays the office is open from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. Customers should exit the Arrivals Hall, cross via the pedestrian crossing the taxi and bus lanes and walk through a covered passage (white metallic pillars and glass roof) until they get to a large white water tower next to a car park. The 'Parking Go' shuttle bus (white and red) will pick them up and take them to Joyrent's office. At the end of the rental period, the 'Parking Go' shuttle will transfer customers back to the terminal, after they have returned rental car, keys and documents to the depot.

Joyrent's fleet at Venice International Airport includes the Fiat 500 and Fiat Panda, Opel Corsa and Mercedes-Benz Vito, a 9-seater Grande Minivan.

The base rate includes airport fees and local taxes, unlimited kilometers, Collision Damage Waiver and Fire and Theft Protection. Cancellation is also free, provided you make it at least 24 hours in advance of the time you asked to pick up your vehicle.

You can add Super Cover, which reduces excess to Zero and includes protection for tires and windshields. You can also add personal insurance and roadside assistance. GPS, baby safety and booster seats are also available.

In winter Italian law demands that the Veneto's car hire companies include winter tires and snow chains in all base rates.

Payment can be made using major credit cards or debit cards, Electron or prepaid cards, or Pagobancomat cards. If you are using a debit card to pay your Joyrent Venice Airport rental, you need to be aware that the amount debited to your card will be for the whole cost of the rental, the security deposit and Super Cover Protection and Personal Accident Insurance. For luxury and premium car groups the security deposit amounts to 500.00 euros, for all other car groups the deposit is 300.00 euros.

The maximum age limit for renters is 79 years.
