LEASYS Car Rental at Venice Airport

Leasys car rental at Venice Airport (VCE) has its counter in the parking garage P1, a short walk from the terminal. The Rent A Car area is on Level 3 of the parking garage. The city of Venice is only 5 km from the airport, and connected to the city and surrounding Veneto region by motorway (A4). Leasys Venice Marco Polo Airport is open from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Thursdays and Saturdays the counter is open from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The fleet available from the Leasys counter includes the Fiat Panda and Fiat 500, Lancia Ypsilon and Jeep Renegade (Diesel), the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Diesel and Alfa Romeo Stelvio Automatic. For larger families or groups, there are Leasys' minivans, such as the Fiat Talento, a 9-seater with plenty of room for luggage and ski equipment in winter.

In the Veneto it is a legal requirement during the winter season to add snow chains and winter tires to the rental from 15th November onwards until 15th April the following year. This is included in the base rate shown online. Also included are airport fees and IVA at 22%, and unlimited kilometers, as well as reduced liability for damage and theft of the vehicle. If you pay online, you save about 9% on the rental, but you can pay on arrival at the counter too, if you wish.

Additional extras include young driver surcharges (for drivers aged 21 to 24), baby seats and additional drivers. You can also add Super Cover to reduce liability on theft and damage considerably. All drivers must have held their driving license for at least one full year and payment must be made with credit cards held in the name of the main renter/driver.
