SIXT Car Rental at Venice Airport

Sixt car rental has a counter on the 3rd Level of the P1 parking garage, a multi storey building within a short walk of the terminal at Venice Airport. The minimum age for drivers is 18 years. At that age renters can hire a Sixt Venice Airport vehicle from the smallest car groups, such as the Fiat 500 for example. In the case of a Fiat 500 this would mean liability of 1,900.00 euros, should the vehicle be stolen. You can reduce this excess to just 600.00 euros by paying an additional 20.00 euros for insurance, and eliminate the liability completely by paying for extra cover a fee of 29.99 euros.

Other insurance covers crystal and windshields, tires or contents belonging to the driver and passengers. What is available at the counter depends on the rental station's location.

Extra equipment you can hire from Sixt Venice Marco Polo Airport includes satellite navigation. And you can receive a printed invoice through the post for a small fee too, or add another driver.

Payment must be made by credit card – prepaid cards are not accepted by Sixt. Any credit card issued by American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, JCB, CUP, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
